Shipping Costs:

  • We calculate shipping fees based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These details will be clearly outlined at checkout.

Delivery Details:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or issues with delivery. Our team is here to assist should you have any concerns or special delivery requests.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.


  • You’re welcome to return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Ensure products are in their original condition and packaging, and you have proof of purchase, to receive a full refund of the original cost of the product (excluding shipping costs).
  • Please visit the product page for specific details on eligibility for returns, as exceptions may apply.
  • Please do not return any merchandise without prior permission. There will be no credit for product returned without a return authorisation. 

For faulty products, or products needing warranty attention, please contact our team for further instructions.

Simple Return Process:

  2. Share your order details and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with instructions.


  • Upon receiving your return, we will promptly process your refund after a brief inspection to ensure the item meets our return criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
