Hey there,

Happy New Year, and congrats on taking the plunge into edible gardening—what a rewarding resolution! Since it’s January, you’ve got great options to choose from.

I’d suggest starting with basil, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes—they’re quick to grow and super rewarding! You could also try zucchini and lettuce for a continuous harvest. If you have space, planting a passionfruit vine or strawberries could be a fun fruit-growing project too.

Good luck with your garden! If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Cheers,

Nathan
